I started my way with delta in May of 2009, I am Executive Manager for organisation and networking and I currently support an East European flour mill in their process of modernisaton. At delta I was able to collect valuable experiences like taking over responsibility, mediating between different cultures and making use of networks efficiently.

A good friend arouse my interest in delta in the beginning of 2008. In the following months I was involved in the departments Human Resources and Acquisitions and Client Service. I collected my first valuable experiences with project management working on the internal project "start delta" in which we developed new concepts for an apirant training and a presentation skill training. Currently I am supporting an automotive service provider finding a new business strategy. Working on projects is a lot of fun and you can literally feel how you learn something new every day. I can only recommend having a closer look into delta to everyone!

Since I started studying I knew that I wanted to put the theoretical knowledge I gained at the university into practice. With delta I was able to do that. I started taking over the management of a team responsible for recruitment of new delta members. I was also able to run my first project and now I am preparing for running an external project in the area of marketing. I can only recommend joining delta to everyone!

For me, delta stands for the unique possibility to be able to collect experiences working on projects which you would otherwise only be able to collect after graduating. Currently I am working on multiple interesting projects and I just recently finished a very exciting project in the topic area of mobile smartphone applications as a project manager. As a former Executive Manager who now supports the current executive board as a counsellor, I can pass on my experiences to younger deltas. Getting involved with delta I can only recommend to any student in Karlsruhe!

As I want to learn more during my studies than how to move numbers from left to right, I decided to join delta. Already at the information evening the nice and open deltas explained to me that I don't have to worry about being too young or too unexperienced. Every student - doesn't matter which age, which semester and which field of study - can join delta! I felt integrated and part of delta from the first day on.

As a mechanical engineer one has an excellent knowledge about technical things. To be able to also apply your knowledge, delta offers exceeding possibilities to me. Currently I am involved in the subject areas of knowledge management and quality management and I am getting prepared to run a project in which I will optimise the profitability of industrial processes. I especially like about delta that it is possible to take over responsibility even though one is only in the first semesters!
