Provided that you possess the necessary skills, we won’t hesitate and let you work on projects with external clients right from the start!
The typical career path at delta is shown below:
We consider all interested students after their first visit of a Monday-Meeting or the informational event a prospect. You are encouraged to spend the first few weeks looking at each department before deciding which one you would like to join. After this, you are going to visit a workshop for newcomers. Your successful participation makes you a candidate at delta.
Candidates can demonstrate their commitment by working in departments and completing internal projects. These projects will help you prepare for projects with external clients and let you familiarize yourself with our project management. After finishing your first external project and attending some relevant training sessions you will be ready to request membership.

Members of delta gain several advantages including: voting at general meetings, a greater chance of being selected for external projects or events and a written reference for their work at delta.
After having finished your studies you are welcome to stay involved with delta as an alumnus and contribute to the long-term development of our association.
You are free to choose how fast you want to go through these steps. Do not hesitate to ask your mentor or an executive if you have any questions. A complete list of the criteria for each status is listed in Starters-Kit.
