Operational Approach - step by step

You’re interested in a project with delta?  We would be glad to introduce ourselves in an initial meeting and to thoroughly discuss the project scope together with you.

Thereupon, the project will be presented to our members to compose a team of consultants with the optimal skills set which will form afterwards and clarify potential issues.
 
The team will prepare a non-binding offer which outlines our intended approach and gives you an estimate for the duration of the project. The offer will be presented to you and after adopting potential change requests from your side, a consultancy contract will be concluded in case of mutual consent.

While working on the project we will continuously brief you on its status by means of detailed reports and interim presentations. This will contribute to a successful project realization satisfying all your requirements. 

After completing the project we will present our results. The detailed final report will also be available as printout. You will be able to feedback your satisfaction in the course of an evaluation from your side. We will be available for discussion and feedback during the entire course of the project.
