Department Information Management
The department of Information Management is responsible for maintaining and developing delta’s IT infrastructure and knowledge management system. These platforms are of particular importance to us, as they enable knowledge transfer between our past and future members, thus ensuring our success despite the high fluctuation of members. Our main tool is our custom built, web-based knowledge management tool, the ‘Knowledge eXchange Portal’.

- CMS (Content Management System) maintenance and development
- KXP (Knowledge eXchange Portal) administration, maintenance and development
- acquisition of IT projects
- improving the internal knowledge management
- ensuring knowledge and expertise transfer in IT
