Structure of the association
delta distinguishes itself by a professional and efficient organizational structure.
delta not only consists of its members, in addition there are many other groups involved that have established themselves as important components of delta. Newcomers, aspirants, alumni, partners and the Prime Alliance form our professional network.
Our newcomers and aspirants are almost equal to the members of delta. After the most important seminars, they are enabled to work on internal and external projects and participate in recreational events. In the beginning newcomers choose a department in accordance with their personal skills and interest. In addition, everyone is assigned a mentor, who offers personal assistance throughout the process of becoming an aspirant and, finally a member of delta.
